IT Reliance offer a very flexible repair service:-

We will call at the location of your Pc free of charge, evaluate what is required and discuss with you your priorities (data recovery for example)

Once the Pc is back in the workshop our senior engineer will provide a brief report on the exact issue and call with you to discuss repair and cost. The cost will be a set cost and we will not surprise you with any hidden charges or additions.

The majority of Pc's we repair are returned fixed the next day, often the same day if parts are not required or in stock.
