All customers who are on a O2 Pay as you go Data Tariff for the Apple Ipad will be getting Emails from Felix Geyr (Head of O2 Home and Broadband) letting them know that they will be get less data allowance per month for the same cost. The apparant response from the O2 customer serivce desk is one of 'If you dont like it, go somewhere else' We would reccomend you go to Three mobile (as long as you have coverage)
Example Email below:- We're writing to let you know that we’re changing your iPad™ mobile broadband data allowance of 3GB for £15 a month. Your new £15 data allowance of 2GB a month will start on 25/10/2010. Best regards, Felix Geyr
